Ashley began her career in film + television at Universal Studios and 20th Century Fox, later joining global entertainment, sports, and fashion agency IMG (under Endeavor). She launched a digital marketing department for IMG’s Action Sports division, generating millions of dollars in revenue focused on youth culture, interactive technologies and global consumer engagement. Ashley built experiential platforms with Nike, Red Bull, Vans, Twitch and Target while simultaneously launching new brands for Endeavor's clients in emerging entertainment verticals (including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s health and wellness platform ATHLETICON).
A lifelong environmentalist, Ashley currently leads a consulting entity building breakthrough brands for start-ups and early stage organizations aiming to restore the planet. Recent highlights include a voter engagement initiative with First Lady Michelle Obama, in addition to brand advisory work with stealth-mode, purpose-driven CPG brands poised to re-define sustainable supply chains. Ashley holds a B.A. in English from the University of Florida.
