Jeff Pearson
Jeff Pearson has advised a wide variety of startups, including medical-device companies, publishing companies, and international retailers. He has drafted, negotiated, and closed deals on major licensing agreements. He has also advised growing companies on building their patent portfolio. Jeff brings the unique perspective of having served as lead counsel at trial in a wide variety of cases before both juries and judges across the world. In 2020, Jeff and his team successfully represented a trillion-dollar company in federal court, resolving a licensing dispute where billions of dollars were at stake.
Jeff’s engineering and business experience includes his work on power systems at General Electric. A U.S. Navy veteran, Jeff has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In December of 2020, Clemson World Magazine recognized Jeff for his accomplishments as a veteran, an attorney, and a best-selling author.
