Nicole started her career in advertising over 20 years ago in Australia, before heading to Los Angeles at the beginning of 2011, where she has since worked with various brands at all life stages.

Nicole currently leads the advertising globally for Apple iPhone, within Apple’s bespoke advertising agency Media Arts Lab (MAL), managing partners from around the globe to deliver globally relevant and resonant work for one of the world’s biggest brands.

Prior to MAL, Nicole led various pieces of business at TBWA Chiat Day, ranging from Disney+, McDonalds’s, a global rebrand for IMAX and TikTok, the latter resulting in TikTok’s first ever, highly successful B2B campaign - ‘Don’t make ads, make TikToks’. Her experience also includes starting an LA-based independent ad agency where brands such as celebrity-owned Honest Company launched work.

Nicole resides in Los Angeles with her husband and 90 pound, four-legged rescue pup.
