Peter Dolch
Peter Dolch is the president and co-founder of Thaumaturgix, Inc. (Tgix), a pioneering web development and infrastructure company, which was twice ranked in the Inc.500 Fastest Growing Private Companies list. He’s also the founder and managing partner of AEON Foundry, an early stage venture fund and advisory services company. Additionally, Peter is also founder and ex-CTO of Biospectal, a Swiss-based medtech company, and an advisor to numerous startups.
He has more than 25 years of experience in both enterprise technology and in launching and guiding technology-based startups across the worlds of media and entertainment, fintech, medtech, ecommerce, social media, and more. He helped incubate the CheetahMail team from idea to mid-eight-figure sale and helped the MediaMetrix team go from idea on a napkin to IPO.
An M.I.T. graduate with a degree in Management Information Systems and additional academic experience at Harvard, Peter is no stranger to the hard work, innovation, and outside-of-the-box-thinking that it takes to turn “ideas on a napkin” into industry-leading, globally recognized companies, both public and private. He put the first U.S. Stock Exchange on the web (AMEX) and has been integral in the development of ecommerce solutions for some of the most globally recognized brands like B&H Photo. He has worked closely with AWS from the very start and has managed global application development for various Fortune-level companies, including for Hewlett Packard, Pfizer, and AT&T Research Labs.
A problem-solver, Peter’s strategy, advisory, and operational work for more than 30 startups has led to successful exits, including sales and IPOs. He lives in New York.
