Victoria Cobos is a leader in the supply chain industry, with extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods. She’s successfully led operations and transformation programs for such large companies as Unilever, Nomad Foods, General Mills and currently for Deckers Brands. Victoria also specializes in network design, end-to-end planning, Six Sigma, innovation, procurement, and capabilities building across emerging and developed markets.
Adept at handling the challenges associated with risk management and operating in VUCA environments, Victoria has a track record for envisioning the supply chain as a source of competitive advantage, being a resilient change agent, and driving value for both customers and shareholders through consistent performance and agility.
Having accomplished in various different fields, Victoria can also provide sound guidance on cost efficiency, scalable business models, cash management, and sourcing strategies, including de-risking business proposals to appeal to investors as well as attract key partnerships.
A proud Venezuelan-Spaniard, Victoria currently resides in London. She has a Bachelor of Production Engineering from Simon Bolivar University and an Executive MBA from Oxford. She has also been awarded a Green Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
